“Apologise publicly, say what happened and everything will be as it should be. I neither like to beat, nor to debauchery”, said Alexis Kougias.
Alexis Kougias responded to the attack on members of the LGBTI community in Thessaloniki. The well-known criminologist also spoke regarding Lakis Lazopoulos.
“If it was organized, it’s irrelevant. Unfortunately, I will emphasize that, when the reaction is spontaneous and not pre-planned, this also shows the opinion of the people anymore. This reaction should be of great concern to the LGBTI community so as not to provoke,” said Alexis Kougias.
For Lakis Lazopoulos, Alexis Kougias said: “There is an organized effort by journalists for Lakis Lazopoulos to come back to the fore. He uses every means. He mentions my name to react and perpetuate a conversation. What Lazopoulos did to me and my children was very bad. I will never forget it. What Lazopoulos did to me and my children, he should correct it with an apology.”
Alexis Kougias said followingwards: “I neither hit him, nor did I do anything other than what he himself supported. The fact that he recognizes that I’m taller than him, once more good. I don’t know how many years he made me look short, he became the shortest person in Greek society. He made me look immoral, he said that instead of Grigoropoulos, the policeman should have shot me because that would clean up Greek society. And instead of apologizing for all this, which he said every day and my children saw, he wants to file lawsuits.”
