Welcomed with great fanfare by Internet users and the editorial staff of Martinique la 1ere, Alexandra Harnais has “found her place” as a radio studio host for the summer holidays. She is live in the morning from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. A program full of surprises has been concocted for this meeting.
There are several sections such as that of the Hummingbird where she receives a person, who by his actions, his life, his companies, his associations, contributes to the happiness of others.
The guest of Matin Péyi is also an unmissable event. Alexandra welcomes those who make the artistic, cultural, associative or sporting news of Martinique.
We will receive them in relaxed mode, tea or coffee or country tea, they will come and have breakfast with us and give us their news.

During these three hours, the listeners can also intervene. Say hello, give news of where they are, tell an anecdote, these are the echoes of the early risers of Martinique.
A hashtag (Keyword preceded by the sign #) of the name of #Matinpéyi to share photos on social networks and the horoscope in the presence of guests, is also added to the program. And finally the sound of the holidays.
The sound of the holidays is a piece that made the beautiful days of the holidays and we will receive if possible the producer, the singer, the musician or the author who will tell us what he experienced at the time when his song was on top.
From an early age, Alexandra had the radio in her blood. At the Acajou 2 high school in Le Lamentin, she is developing a radio within the establishment with some of her friends. They read press releases, provide information, receive members of the establishment and organize competitions between students.
While pursuing her studies, she hosts radio programs with several Martinican media. During the weekend or during the holidays, she does not stay far from a studio. During her final return to Martinique, she let herself be absorbed by the media (radio and television). She performs replacements and participates in the production of programs.

On her arrival at RFO (today Martinique la 1ère) she worked in the morning and replaced the late, famous Albè Ti siré.
I’m entering a niche where people were looking forward to it and loved its joie de vivre. It was an honor for me to take over and I was welcomed by the listeners with a lot of love, joy and benevolence.
She hosts the morning show for nearly 4 years and is then absorbed by her Amazon project which supports women with cancer.
A few years later, she hosts the show “an ba pie mango-a” during the holidays. She misses the radio, and she remembers the words of her colleague Ignace Pastel. “You know Alex, you have this thing and it can’t be explained, whether you like it or not, the radio will never leave you”.
She came back for love of the job, just because it’s a passion, she really has the DNA of radio and she loves it. It’s above all that, it’s really out of passion and love of the profession.
Isabelle Auguste, assistant to the editorial director of radio programs at Martinique la 1ere.
