Asunción, IP Agency.-The Guaraní team will face Argentina, for a place in the grand final of the Conmebol under 15 that is played in Bolivian cities.
The game will be played this Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at the Ramón Tahuichi Aguilera stadium.
The team led by the Argentine Mariano Uglessich, doses the loads and work of each training session, after the demanding schedule of the group stage, in which they had matches every two days.
Monday’s activity began with wellness checks, mobility, release and preventive exercises. The work was carried out in two groups: those who played the greatest number of games and those who had fewer minutes, in order to perform exercises with different loads.
The players with more minutes performed less load with regenerative exercises, as well as aerobic and coordination work, ending with stretching and cryotherapy.
Those who had fewer minutes carried out a more intense load, with work on the sequence of passes with completions, ending the training with games on a reduced field with medium intensity.
