If sometimes, the unions can have different interpretations of the situation, at the Good Savior, they are unanimous. FO, UNSA, CGT and Sud agree that social dialogue is almost at a standstill. And that psychiatry is in a poor state.
To restart this dialogue, complicated by several months of struggle, the unions are asking for two symbolic gestures from their management. Staff therefore prefer to work elsewhere. As a result, there are currently 30 vacancies (nurses, nursing assistants, etc.). As for beds, they estimate that they have lost nearly fifty in 5-6 years. “There is no psychiatry without a bed. The walls heal”.
For them today, they no longer heal. “We tinker”.
