The current CEO of the agri-food company Vicente Peris SAAlberto Montaña Peris, has become the company’s largest shareholder following the purchase of his shares from Joaquín Peris Tatay.
The acquisition became effective on December 21, 2022, which has left Alberto Montaña with 66.6% of the total shareholding of the company. The other 33.3% is held by Alberto Montaña Capilla, who until now was the third shareholder.
The new structure will allow a more fluid decision-making, along the lines that management has been setting in recent years.
