Nicolás Maduro said this Saturday, in a radio interview, that Venezuela and the other excluded nations will be represented in the Summit of the Americas by “the voice” of the president of Argentina, Albert Fernandez.
Maduro thanked, in the program International Dialoguehosted by Atilio Borón on the radio of the National University of Avellaneda (Undav) of Argentina, the “solidarity” of Fernández.
