Alberto Fernández invited Massa to accompany him to the Summit of the Americas | From Wednesday to Friday in the United States

President Alberto Fernández invited the head of the Chamber of Deputies, Sergio Massa, to travel with him to the Summit of the Americas that will take place between Wednesday and Friday in Los Angeles, United States.

Sources close to Massa have not yet confirmed his participation in the government delegation, since he first had to accommodate the parliamentary agenda.

This Wednesday and Thursday, the Chamber of Deputies will see action with two consecutive sessions, so Massa has to leave the agenda well organized in case he participates in the official trip.

Despite leaving doubts regarding his attendance at the Summit of the Americas, Massa was in a meeting with Alberto Fernández all morning at the Olivos residence, where they would have reviewed the agenda that they will take to the meeting of leaders of states.

The meeting of the Argentine president with the head of the Lower House takes place following the departure of the Minister of Productive Development Matías Kulfas, and the appointment of Daniel Scioli, who until now served as ambassador to Brazil, as his replacement.

The president kept the unknown regarding his participation in the summit of heads of state until the last moment, and only confirmed it following having a telephone conversation with his American counterpart, Joe Biden.
