My character has a very personal mission to accomplish, which meant every punch, chase, and near miss was tied to a meaningful purpose. This intensified the on-screen action, as there’s so much at stake, driving the character’s commitment to succeed.

It was intense, it’s always great to be able to push limits and see what you are made of, and of course, to share that with the audience.

Alan Ritchson: Safety always comes first. It’s essential to collaborate with stunt professionals. While the physicality is important, it shouldn’t come at the expense of one’s health. Also, there are several ways to build your character and make them feel real. It’s critically important to establish boundaries. It’s about making sure all the parties know where the boundaries are so there is no risk of anybody being hurt or that anyone is uncomfortable.

Alan Ritchson: I hope that audiences find it thrilling and immersive. I hope they are able to have fun while watching the film!
