Al-Waleed bin Talal rejects Elon Musk’s proposal to buy full shares of “Twitter”

Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal rejected the proposal of American billionaire Elon Musk to acquire the entire package of shares of the American company Twitter.

Today, Thursday, Musk confirmed on his Twitter account that he proposed to acquire 100 percent of Twitter shares at $54.20 for each, but the Saudi prince, being one of the largest shareholders of the American company, expressed his conviction that this price is not appropriate.

Al-Waleed bin Talal said on his Twitter account today, Thursday: “I do not think that the offer put forward by Elon Musk (54.20 dollars) comes close to the actual intrinsic value of Twitter, given its growth horizon.”

He continued, “Kingdom Holding Company and I, as one of the largest and oldest shareholders of Twitter, reject this offer.”
