Al-Marsad newspaper: Family doctor Saud Al-Shehri revealed the importance of “biotin” for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, also shedding light on the sources of obtaining it.

And he said in a video clip on his Twitter account that “biotin” is scientifically low in diabetics, and it is very important for insulin and the sugar process in the body and affects insulin at the genetic level, or in other words it affects the insulin factory and thus makes the body produce insulin better.

He added: It also increases the secretion of a very important enzyme in the body, which is “glucokinase”, which works to break down sugar, and it is sensitive to the pancreas, which measures the level of sugar in the blood. If it does not work well, the correct percentage will not be known.
