The Al Omrane Group recorded a turnover (CA) of more than 4.33 billion dirhams (MMDH) for the year 2022, up 5.7% compared to the year 2021.
Thus, the Group succeeded in reducing debt to 4.57 billion dirhams at the end of December 2022, while continuing to carry out its housing production and urban development projects, Al Omrane said in a press release on its quarterly results. .
The Al Omrane Group intensified its efforts during the 4th quarter to ensure the realization of its projects, both for urban upgrades and for new production, the Group added, noting that the turnover of the 4th quarter stood at 1.71 billion dirhams.
Thus, urban upgrading projects resulted in the launch of 59,081 units and the completion of 68,612 units, reports MAP.
With regard to new production, the Group started work on 13,177 units and completed 16,952 units.
During the last quarter of 2022, the Al Omrane Group continued its efforts in an economic context still marked by tension on the prices of raw materials and its impact on production costs and household purchasing power.
“Thanks to the mobilization of all its employees and institutional partners, the Al Omrane Group has maintained a sustained operational dynamic,” the statement said.
