Al-Marsad newspaper: Khaled Al-Ohali, owner of a famous chain of restaurants in the Eastern Province, talked regarding his beginnings in this profession, and how he was able to achieve all this success.

And Al-Ohali said, during his meeting with the “Ya Hala” program, on the “Rotana Khaleejia” channel, that he was initially working as a security man in a private company in Al-Khobar, but with time the company stumbled in paying salaries, hence the idea of ​​searching for income. else.

And he continued, “The idea came from that he was in a popular market in Aziziyah on the sea, and my wife, Umm Abdel Aziz, is good at cooking, so we thought that we would settle the food and sell it, and I would take food containers, and within two hours, 10 large wallets were removed.”
High quality food

And he continued his speech: “People accepted our job, the cleanliness and the quality of food, and then when the customers increased and we knew there that we cook and ate of high quality, requests began to increase for small parties and events, and on Friday the street was closed due to the large number of requests that came to the house.”

He pointed out that the idea of ​​the restaurant came from the annoyance they caused to their neighbors, commenting: “The neighbors started getting upset. We thought of opening a shop even if it was not on a main street, and we trusted God, customers increased and things became official.”

The difficulties we faced

Al-Ohali explained that employment is one of the most difficult difficulties they faced, adding: “It was necessary for his workers to be with us. Praise be to God, we opened the first branch in Dammam, the second in Mubarakiya, two in Al-Khobar and one in Riyadh, and the dishes varied between Gulf, Kuwaiti, and Bahraini.”
