Bournemouth snatched the qualification for the English Premier League competitions, for the 2022/23 season, following their victory, on Tuesday, once morest Nottingham Forest, with a goal without a response.
The two teams met in a postponed match of the Championship, where Bournemouth won with a 1-0 victory, which came in the 83rd minute through Kiefer Moore.
Bournemouth, with that result, rose to 85 points in second place, to officially ascend to the English Premier League next season.
Bournemouth became the second promotion to the English Premier League next season, following Fulham, while Nottingham Forest and Huddersfield secured the play-offs in the deciding stage, with the rest of the contenders waiting to decide the identity of the third qualifier to the Premier League.
