Ecuadorean Richard Carabas won the 12th stage of the Tour of Spain.
Karabas succeeded in covering the stage of more than one hundred and ninety-two kilometers, extending from Salobrena to Pinillas Blancas, in four hours and thirty-eight minutes and twenty-six seconds, nine seconds ahead of Dutchman Vilko Keeldermann, who finished second.
The Belgian Rimko Evenepoel retained the yellow jersey and the overall lead.
