The “Sport Sport” network said that the “Citigroup” group included the Italian club Palermo, becoming the first Italian club in the group.
According to the network, it was signed to formalize the process that will bring the ownership of Palermo to Citigroup, such as Manchester City, and confirmed that the negotiations took place in exchange for 13 million euros in addition to the bonuses of 80% of the shares.

Citigroup includes Manchester City, New York City, Melbourne City, Yokohama Marinos, Atletico Torque, Girona, Sichuan Junior, Mumbai City, Lommel, Troyes, Breda and Palermo.
