Al-Khazen: To give priority to the national interest over foreign wills – Al-Binaa Newspaper

And he believed that “the Lebanese people have become united in poverty, gathered in tragedy and suffocated in pain,” regretting “the black reality that has not changed, as if it is a dark cloud that has not dispersed, and a political rhythm that continues to pursue chaos, waste of public money, corruption, and the adaptation of the law in the service of personal interests, as well as About the humiliation of the policy of starving people and humiliating them.”
He asked regarding “the fate of the financing card and judicial investigations,” calling on officials “to be frank with public opinion in terms of linking the internal path to regional developments, and to give priority to the national interest over external wills to save what remains of life in Lebanon.”
On the other hand, Al-Khazen contacted the Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abd al-Latif Darian, to congratulate him following the electoral process for the Grand Mufti of the Regions, hoping that “this democratic election will open the way for turning the page on the divisions between the parliamentary blocs, and for Lebanon’s interest to rise above all interests, and for its economic and financial crisis and files to be occupied.” Life and social priority, and to remain an example to complete the democratic path in Parliament, so that its final and decisive station will be accomplished in peace and security through the election of a new President of the Republic to win the confidence of the friendly international community that is waiting to extend a helping hand to the Lebanese people and save them from the danger of bankruptcy and famine.
Al-Khazen also wished Derian to convey his congratulations and greetings to the elected muftis, calling on them to “success in their new responsibilities.”
