Amman – The Jordanian Prime Minister discussed, with his Palestinian counterpart, today, Sunday, developments in the situation in the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian issue, and they agreed to hold a meeting of the Jordanian-Palestinian Higher Committee soon in Amman.

Al-Khasawneh stressed that “Jordan deals with the Palestinian issue as a Jordanian issue by virtue of history, geography, and close ties.”

The electrical interconnection project between the two countries is progressing well and according to what was planned, while always looking forward and working to find new horizons to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields.”
