Al Akhawayn and Capgemini, partners at the service of employability

This strategic partnership aims to support students in their professional careers and promote technological innovation.

The President of Al Akhawayn University affirmed during the signing ceremony held last week, that “the university reiterates its commitment and continues its actions in terms of training, research and innovation in order to consolidate relations favored with the private sector and to find innovative solutions capable of improving employability in Morocco”.

Al Akhawayn has already signed, this year, several strategic agreements with national and multinational partners in order to boost the employability of its students and laureates through innovative concepts guaranteeing unique transformational experiences and aiming for a direct impact on the economy and on the labor market in Morocco and abroad.

“Al Akhawayn and Capgemini will thus combine their efforts to carry out several projects in line with labor market trends and needs,” added Amine Bensaïd. Note that Capgemini is a major player in digital transformation in France and one of the largest technology employers in Morocco.

The two parties emphasized the role they can play jointly, particularly in favor of the training of qualified human resources, research and development and innovation, in response to the needs of the public sector and businesses. and with a view to supporting structural projects in Morocco.

Currently, more than 20 Al Akhawayn graduates work at Capgemini, which will launch a new work-study program for AUI seniors in 2023, as well as various innovative programs such as ClimateFRESK and Speed ​​JOB Dating for the all students of Al Akhawayn University.
