The men’s handball team will meet Al-Ahly Club once morest its counterpart Zamalek at seven in the evening, Thursday, in the framework of the final of the African Cup of Cups held in Niger.

The handball team of Zamalek SC qualified for the final by defeating its Cameroonian counterpart Fab 35/21 in the semi-finals of the competition, while Al-Ahly defeated the Ivorian Bosco 39/23 in the same round.
Al-Ahly qualified for the semi-finals by defeating Niamey, the champion of Niger, with a score of 44/18.
Al-Ahly managed to win its first and second matches once morest Keroux of Ethiopia and Bosco of Ivorian, before defeating Fab of Cameroon at the end of the first round.
Zamalek managed to defeat Flowers of Benin and Niamey, the champion of Niger, before beating Kano Pillars at the end of the first round.
“Men’s Hand Al-Ahly” crowned the African Super Cup and qualified for the Club World Cup “Super Globe”, following the team’s victory over Zamalek, 32-31, in the match that was held Sunday before last at General Seni Konchi Hall in the capital, Niamey, Niger.
