Prior to joining Aktana, John led global teams across multiple technology domains including AI/AM, SaaS, CRM and CX (customer experience). In particular, John led the expansion of the Health and Life Sciences business into the Siebel workforce and systems, and led the CX business at Oracle.
John has served as CEO of three different software companies, most recently Aizon. Under his leadership, Aizon pioneered a new market segment by introducing an advanced GxP AI and data management platform specifically designed to streamline biopharmaceutical manufacturing. In 2022, he was recognized as one of the Top 25 Biotech CEOs by the Healthcare Technology Report.
