Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ was attacked by a leopard. The incident took place on the premises of Mumbai Film City, the film location of the film. 27-year-old Shravan Vishwakumar, a make-up artist, was injured in the tiger attack.
The construction company has taken over the medical expenses of Vishwakumar, who is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital. The attack took place when he was returning from the shooting set following taking his friend to another place.
‘On the way back a pig ran across the road. Seeing this, I increased the speed of the bike. Suddenly I saw a leopard running behind the pig. The bike collided with the leopard. After this I lost consciousness. Then I don’t remember anything that happened’, Shravan said.
Shravan Vishwakumar has been working in the film industry for 12 years. All India Cine Workers President Shyamlal Gupta has come forward with a reaction to the incident. He demanded that the government should take necessary steps to ensure safety from leopards, as such incidents have happened several times in the vicinity of Filmcity in Mumbai, which is situated in a 100-acre area. Shyamlal Gupta pointed out that there are no street lights in Filmcity at night and due to these reasons, accidents are common here.
