Affordable culture is particularly important to us. Affordable culture is particularly important to us

Hirschwang/Rax (OTS) An atmospheric matinée with Erika Pluhar and Adi Hirschal ended this year’s Reichenau cultural summer on Sunday, September 10th, which started with a sold-out concert by the “Gentlemen Music Club – Vodka on Veltliner” on August 4th. At the fourth edition of the Reichenau Cultural Summer, stars from music, cabaret and theater also performed their art at the Parkhotel Hirschwang. Among others, Stefan Jürgens, Dirk Stermann and Karl Markovics. “The Reichenau Cultural Summer has developed into a real artistic institution in Lower Austria,” says AK Lower Austria President and ÖGB Lower Austria Chairman Markus Wieser, summing up the success.

In total, the cultural summer offered 12 evenings and matinées; more than 1,700 visitors took advantage of the offer, which corresponds to an occupancy rate of 84 percent. In addition, around 500 festival menus were enjoyed at the Parkhotel Hirschwang during the “Reichenauer Kultursommer” festival period alone. “Affordable culture is particularly important to us. That’s why our guests interested in culture can look forward to a varied program of literature, music and humor next year,” says Wieser.
