Aït El Hadj and the purple management spoke: “Anouar resumes with the U23s this Wednesday”

Just like Monday, Anouar Aït El Hadj had to train individually following his refusal this weekend to play with the U23s in Lommel. But he had a good talk with management.

“It was a constructive interview”explains his dad Driss. “The sanction was temporary: he will train with the U23s from this Wednesday to prepare for this weekend’s match. (Saturday at 4 p.m. once morest Beveren). Yes, he is ready to play with the U23s.”

Last weekend, that was not the case. “Mentally he was not ready. He is disappointed to receive little game time. Yet he says he is good in training. And physically he is in order. These are the choices of the coach. He have to accept them.”

In the days to come, Anderlecht and Anouar’s entourage will sit around the table. “There is no fire, but we have to find a solution,” adds his dad. “I would like him to continue at Anderlecht. This has been his club for ten years, he is a child of the house. And he has the qualities to succeed here.”

And a rental? “We will see the rest of the soap opera. In any case, Anderlecht does not want to sell it definitively. I hope that everything will be back to normal quickly.”
