Official information about the emergency
In the area of the Trudovaya Armenia farm, Kanevsky district, an aircraft crashed. Upon arrival of fire departments, it was established that the aircraft and reeds were on fire, the fire area was approximately 250 square meters, the official telegram channel of the Unified Duty Dispatch Service (UDDSP) for the Krasnodar Territory reported. The operational service clarified that only one flying object was confirmed to fall, and not two, as noted earlier. At 20:50 the fire was localized. All emergency services continue to work on site.
Rozhin announced the crash of the A-50 plane
According to military correspondent Boris Rozhin, an A-50 AWACS aircraft was shot down over the Sea of Azov. He added in his telegram channel that the car fell in the Krasnodar region. However, there was no official information about this.
Local residents reported a helicopter crash
Local residents said that a helicopter crashed near the village of Trudovaya Armenia (Krasnodar Territory). “A helicopter fell. There was a big explosion. It burns very strongly, it’s scary,” an eyewitness said in a video published on the NTV telegram channel.
