Did the Kranich bosses expect so much headwind? On the occasion of “Pride Month”, Lufthansa has been using a very special aircraft to destinations throughout Europe since Friday: the Airbus A320neo with the registration D-AINY will be flying over the next six months with a special paint finish not as “air” but as ” Lovehansa”. But given the 900 canceled flights and countless delayed flights, as well as ever worse service, this is not well received by customers: Lufthansa is reaping a real shitstorm on the Internet!

– 11 hour flight to Bogota and 5 hours no food including chips (not even against payment) was given out. The reason for this was that we are not authorized to serve meals outside of service hours. Basically I paid more than 1K for starvation, too narrow seats and a broken seat. Not doing so much mainstream marketing, but improving service quality. Might be a start. (Camilla J.)
