Air conditioning not working in cabin, credit card not associated with cruise card

We took, with my husband and daughters, a cruise with MSC Opera departing on July 13, 2024 from Bari. We encountered two problems that unfortunately ruined our cruise paid for handsomely. The first problem encountered was that the air conditioning in the cabin did not work, we reported the problem several times but to no avail, at night it was impossible to sleep in an internal cabin in four without air conditioning and when we returned from excursions instead of resting in the cabin we sat on the sofas of the ship to find a bit of coolness. Another problem that continued for the whole week is that from the first day they were unable to match the credit card to the cruise card, even to buy a bottle of water they told us insufficient credit and in addition we made a fool of ourselves in front of dozens of people. When we disembarked they made us go back saying that we had not paid the bill, to sink in front of so many people. I am asking MSC for compensation for our ruined cruise, moreover my husband has already reported what happened to us but the company didn’t care at all.
