The word Tekopora, is in Guarani, means the art of living well collectively, living with beauty, and the project that is being carried out aims to contain the workers of the Chamber, following the pandemic, where there were members who lost their families or that the total confinement left sequels in the person; administrative secretary Peroni, said that the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Carlos Rovira, was the one who motivated the request to help the deputies to get out of the confinement context of the pandemic to take care of their psychological health.

Later, Peroni asserted that a sketch of theprogram to contain the members of the legislature and the Tekopora project emerged, which is a cycle of talks, with different professionals from branches such as kinesiology, nutrition, physical and psychological education.

“The program aims at individual well-being, which later results in the well-being of the community, we aim at comprehensive health, understanding the person as a whole that cannot be dissociated, we encompass the entire person as a whole” mentioned the psychological consultant

The talks told that they are more practical than theoretical, different modules are developed with professionals from various areas; there is a module on stress management, nutrition and kinesiology

They reported that the President of IPS, Lisandro Benmaor, supported the idea and that he made the kinesiologist staff available to collaborate in the program of both kinesiology and nutrition. These activities are every 15 days and the last module was physical exercise of 20 minutes, they had a physical education teacher, who was facilitated thanks to the President of the General Council of Education, Alberto Galarza.
