This is how the viral video of João Eber da Rocha, bedridden following a truck accident that took place in February 2021, made the rounds on Twitter, filming him overcome with tears when the horse Paçoca put his head once morest him with great empathy and tenderness. João Eber da Rocha, as reported by the Brazilian media Amomeupethad just had a serious accident which caused him a diffuse axonal lesion, a pathology affecting the brain which cost him a tracheotomy.

His state of health pained him as much as his daughter Audri, who was very delighted to see her dad relieved following the horse’s visit. Indeed, horses release an energy full of gentleness and empathy towards people who need to be reassured and pampered.
This is the reason why the father and his daughter went to the headquarters of Coletivo Inclusão, a non-profit organization that helps people in social vulnerability and promotes the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
To everyone’s surprise, the horse Paçoca had a great chemistry with João by laying his head on his chest, as a way of saying to him: “everything will be fine my friend, hold on, you will recover”.
João felt this innocent energy and succumbed to his tears with great emotion. The therapeutic horse, on the other hand, remained in this position for a long time as if he knew that João really needed a moment of tenderness to soothe his hard days of convalescence.
There is even Audri who wrote on Instagram: “He stayed like that with dad all the time, and it was magnificent”.

This video of the horse having made the rounds on social networks, brought a glimmer of hope to everyone, as if it was up to this tweet to make people realize the importance of having a good health but also from the love that animals bring us on a daily basis.
Moreover, the organization Coletivo Inclusão was also moved by this outstanding interaction and even published on its Instagram page: “We are moved and happy to see the impact of our little Paçoca and all the love that he had with Internet users. Much love, complicity and healing.

This video, garnering over 7 million views, had a big message beyond the compassion we all felt. A message that invites everyone to consider the animal, love it and respect it.
