Promoter Imagic Event said that the decision to shift the date of Ailee’s concert in Jakarta was made after hearing suggestions from Aileeans, Ailee’s fan base.
“We know how special Ailee is and how strong the bond between her and her Aileeans is,” said the promoter in a press release, Wednesday (9/10).

For Ailee fans who have purchased tickets to Ailee’s concert, I AM: HERE Live in Jakarta, the promoter offers a refund option of 95% of the original ticket price.
Refund requests must be submitted before October 15, 2024 and will be processed within 14 working days of the request being submitted.
To Aileeans who retain Ailee concert tickets, the promoter provides benefits in the form of increased seating in the mid-section area as well as autographed CDs for Super Aileeans ticket holders.

Holders of other categories of concert tickets will get a free seat upgrade in the mid-section area.
All ticket holders will be given a special 20% discount coupon for their next ticket or merchandise purchase.
The promoter raised the possibility of adjusting ticket prices. Aileeans who keep the tickets they have purchased can get the facilities offered by the promoter.
