On Sunday the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) in coordination with the Government of Mexico City invited the general public to a tour of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), for which they organized a cycling tour of the aerodrome facilities and skydiving demonstrations, among others.
Nine days following the inauguration of the AIFA, the Sunday tour had a great response and brought together families, onlookers and more than five thousand CDMX cyclists and the State of Mexico. Something similar happened on social networks where selfies, videos of the event began to circulate, as well as opinions for and once morest the work.
Comparisons of the AIFA with the canceled one circulated Texcoco Airport in which the differences in financing, characteristics of the land on which they were built and the number of tracks stand out, among other items.
In the image shared by the Twitter user @LetyMaldoit is highlighted that the Texcoco Airport cost 300 billion pesos and the Santa Lucía Airport almost twice as much, plus whatever increases during the week.

Another user ironic with a publication that says “and once once more the Simpson they did it once more…” and was accompanied by a video with the edited audio showing how Maggie must fly in a bad airline and in an airport in poor condition for having voted for AMLO.

The video begins with a character saying “you voted for Andres ManuelI’m sorry to tell you that you must use the Santa Lucía airport” and a plane in poor condition and riveted piloted by a character with the face of Gerardo Fernandez Noroña is shown arriving.
“In a week like this there will be the Airport Philip Angeles in Santa Lucía ‘AIFA'”, reads the publication that accompanies the video of satire in the style of The Simpsons.

To this were added the cyclists, who showed photos and videos of their journey through the 24 km of the facilities of the air terminal which is expected to be inaugurated in nine days by President López Obrador, on March 21.
“Magical shooting on the runway at Felipe Ángeles Airport. First and last time it happens. Five thousand cyclists from CDMX and EDOMEX enjoyed it today,” wrote user Javier Hidalgo on Twitter.

There were also those who ironized regarding the true usefulness of the airport as international class air terminal. And before the euphoria of the videos and selfies, a user wrote: “because the AIFA may be a cycling track, a room for selfies, but never, never, an international class airport. Said for themselves”.

There were also those who raised the tone a little by showing their support for the so-called fourth transformation and the new airport and criticized AIFA’s detractors, recommending that they use “Vitacilina, what good medicine!”
How useful the new Felipe Angeles airport will be for cyclists. That’s exactly what it’s for! Thanks geniuses!!!! https://t.co/CJ9VIHPALF
