AI, an anthropological breakthrough in the service of performance?

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive algorithms… so many technical terms which have entered our open spaces but which remain difficult to grasp for ordinary mortals. To better understand this coming world, Vincent Leroux, senior solutions engineer at Braze, and Fanny Parise, anthropologist, answered our questions.

It’s been more than a year since Chat GPT and his friends appeared in the eyes of the general public. A year of fear and turmoil for many sectors which see the arrival of artificial intelligence (AI) as an enemy that must be fought.

However, as Vincent Leroux points out, AI is not a new technology. Braze has been using it for several years to help the marketing sector optimize work by automating, for example, time-consuming tasks and, thus, leaving more room for employee creativity.

The anthropologist Fanny Parise suggests for her part that this new era of artificial intelligence is the driving force behind an anthropological revolution for both ordinary mortals but also for the optimization of our professions.

At a webinar moderated by Guillaume Ledit, editorial director of Studio de L’ADN, they explained, together, how artificial intelligence can have a positive impact on our daily lives as workers and, more broadly, on the different sectors which decide to embrace AI rather than pushing it away.
