Sources revealed interest from a Roshen club in contracting with Al-Ettifaq Club midfielder Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, during the current winter transfer period.
Al-Ittihad had decided on the transfer of Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud and Haroun Kamara, the team’s duo, to Al-Ittifaq Club on a one-year loan, in exchange for the transfer of Saad Al-Mousa and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi to Al-Ittihad.
According to the sources, Al-Ettifaq management received an offer to buy Al-Ghamdi’s contract, following the player refused to move to Al-Ittihad on loan.
It is noteworthy that Al-Ghamdi moved to Al-Ittifaq Club in 2020, coming from the Canadian Pacific Club.
