The Constitutional Court (MK) will hold a hearing to read the decision on the dispute over the results of the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election (Pilpres), on Monday (22/4) tomorrow. The reading of the decision was carried out after the Constitutional Court held a series of trials to hear the lawsuit, examine witnesses and experts and ask for information from four ministers.

Head of the Religious Affairs Division of the Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) Executive Board, Ahmad Fachrur Rozi, stated that NU completely handed over the decision to the judges.

“Regarding the matter of the MK’s decision, we leave it entirely to the judges, we believe that they have the credibility and high integrity to be able to resolve the disputed case at the MK as well as possible,” said Gus Fahrur to Media Indonesia, Sunday (21/4) .

“With legal principles that can be accepted by all levels of society in accordance with applicable regulations,” he added.

Gus Fahrur also hopes that the public will fully entrust the decision to the judges and give state administrators and officials the opportunity to act in accordance with the law.

“It is hoped that the community can return to normal life and restore the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation, now that the election is over and let us unite again as the Indonesian nation,” he said.
