Ahead of the 2024 MN Run, Hundreds of Runners Take Part in the 7K Run on Car Free Day – 2024-03-12 23:29:09

THE 2024 Mangkunegara Run in Solo (MN Run) running competition will be held on April 28. Ahead of the race, hundreds of runners from running communities such as Riot Jakarta, PermataBank runners and Katadata Berlari, took part in the 7K running event at Car Free Day Sudirman, Jakarta, Sunday (10/4/2024).

This event is part of the event Meet n Greet and Coaching Clinic which is part of the Mangkunegaran Run in Solo 2024 series. Last year, the MN Run was attended by 2,500 runners from within and outside the country in the 5K, 10K and 21K (Half Marathon) events.

Mangkunegaran Run in Solo 2024 is a collaboration between Pura Mangkunegaran, Katadata, DNC Foundation and presented by PermataBank.

“PermataBank’s support in this event is our commitment to provide meaningful value for customers and the Indonesian people. “Especially this event embraces various running communities, providing a positive impact on sportsmanship and culture,” said Division Head Corporate Communications PermataBank Glenn Ranti.

The leader of Mangkunegaran Temple, Sri Paduka Mangkoenagoro He hopes that this event will not only be a means of exercise but will also help introduce Mangkunegaran Temple to the wider community.

“Javanese culture teaches us the value of balance, understanding tempo requires feeling, we learn when it is time to go slowly, and when we need to run fast, just like in life, we need to know how to divide time between work and rest,” said Sri Paduka Mangkoenagoro

Sri Paduka Mangkoenagoro X added that the Mangkunegaran Run in Solo is also an event that can boost the local tourism sector. Therefore, he hopes that events like this can be held regularly and on a larger scale in the future. (RO/S-1)
