Agnes and Rossi nominated by majority –

The Shareholders’ Meeting, gathered in totality in the presence of the entire shareholder base (MEF and Siae), appointed the Board of Directors composed of Simona Agnes, Alessandro di Majo, Davide Di Pietro, Federica Frangi, Antonio Marano, Roberto Natale and was indicated the director Giampaolo Rossi for the position of CEO.
