A message from health to citizens following the increase in Corona injuries:
He stressed that the Corona vaccine is the important way to confront mutations coronaespecially in light of the citizens’ failure to follow the precautionary measures, and he explained that the ministry has expanded vaccination with the booster dose and vaccinations for children.
Hossam Abdel Ghaffar added that the rise in Corona injuries during the past few weeks came due to the lack of community immunity, which is the reason for stressing the importance of receiving Corona vaccines, especially the booster dose.
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population revealed that most of the corona infections in Egypt are from Omicron mutant, and the high number of infections did not cause an increase in the rates in hospitals.
He explained that all vaccines are available in all centers for receiving the Corona vaccine and any health unit, and that any citizen can go to the nearest center to receive the booster dose of vaccines even if a message is not sent.
