According to a source, Ms. Han Ni was detained for investigation of her abuse of democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals according to Article 331 of the Ministry of Finance. Criminal Law 2015.

Note, in front of Ms. Han Ni’s house in Nam Phan Residential Area, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7 in the evening of the same day, there were many policemen in plain clothes and uniforms and BVDPs on duty.

In front of Ms. Han Ni’s house, only a few detectives from the Criminal Police Department remained. One person said they will stay here until the morning of February 25.
