Thuringia – In the dispute over the election of the state parliament president in Thuringia, the CDU has achieved success in court. On Friday evening, the Thuringian Constitutional Court in Weimar obliged the senior president Jürgen Treutler of the AfD by means of an interim order to submit a parliamentary group motion to change the rules of procedure to a vote. A debate and decision-making on this is possible before the election of the President of the State Parliament.
