After Saudi Arabia, the German chancellor is on a working tour to the Emirates and Qatar
mentioned Emirates News Agency (WAM), that the German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, arrived in Abu Dhabi on a working visit, at dawn today, Sunday.
The agency indicated that the Minister of Climate Change and Environment and a number of officials were received by Schultz and the accompanying delegation upon their arrival at the presidential airport in Abu Dhabi.
According to Agence France-Presse, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will receive Schultz on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that the German Chancellor’s tour to the Gulf began with a visit to Saudi Arabia, in an effort to conclude a group of partnerships in the energy field, with the aim of confronting the gas crisis that Europe is suffering from in light of Russia’s halting its gas supplies to the old continent.
Schultz is supposed to complete his visit in the Emirates, before moving to Qatar (one of the world’s largest gas exporters), to meet Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
