The Egyptian artist, Ahmed El-Fishawy, published new pictures of his mother, the artist, Sumaya El-Alfy, through his personal account on the “Instagram” website, following she had a cancerous tumor removed.
Al-Fishawi appeared kissing his mother and commented on the pictures, saying: “All love and much more, thank you, my friend.”
The Egyptian artist had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in the breast, and said that she would start chemotherapy and radiotherapy following two weeks, noting that she had spoken with the treating doctor and reassured her.

The artist revealed in previous statements to “Al Arabiya.net” that the surgery completely eradicated the malignant tumor, and only the stage of chemotherapy and radiotherapy remains following fully recovering from surgery.
The artist appeared regarding three weeks ago in a television interview, following which it was announced that she had discovered a cancerous tumor, where she felt some trouble and then went to a private hospital to remove the tumor.
