Al-Marsad newspaper: In a lawsuit, a woman demanded to prove her inheritance from her husband, explaining that her husband’s brother had dropped her from the deed of his inheritance.
The deceased’s brother explained that the motive for dropping the woman’s name from the deed of heirs was that his brother had divorced her irrevocably, and two witnesses to that, according to Al-Watan.
The plaintiff denied the issue of her divorce, explaining that her husband divorced her once a year and a half ago, and returned her two days following the divorce, adding: “It was the first time he divorced me and I was in his house until he died, and he was sleeping with me until he died.”
The defendant admitted that what the lady had mentioned was true, noting that his brother had mentioned that to him, but when he asked him, he answered that she was in the upper floor and he was down, and he did not mention to him that he had reviewed it, and that he was ready to bring the evidence.
In the testimony of the two witnesses presented by the defendant, they testified that they had known that the plaintiff’s husband had reviewed her on the same night, and the second witness added that her husband had called him and told him that he had consulted and consulted his wife,
And because the original marriage contract remains, it has been proven by the judge that the plaintiff is the wife of the deceased and he died and she is in his custody and infallibility, and he decided to marginalize the deed of limiting the heirs to that.
