The members of Squadron 60 “San Pedro” while patrolling along kilometer 1,195 of National Route 34, observed a woman walking alone and disoriented on public roads.
When visualizing the situation, the uniformed officers consulted the SAG (Gendarmerie Records System) and SIFCOP (Federal Police Communications System), emerging that the citizen had submitted a whereregardings request for eight months.
Immediately, the “Protocol for action in cases of missing and missing persons” was activated in order to protect physical integrity and provide emotional support. Likewise, the Anti-trafficking Team of the Force intervened until the facts were clarified.
The citizen was transferred to the local San Pedro Hospital by order of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office to later be reunited with her family member.
