Even the venue of the Conference – if it is not finally postponed – became an occasion for a fight in SYRIZA!
Stefanos Kasselakis was informed that Koumoundourou intends to hold the Conference scheduled for November 8-10 in a night club that has been closed for four years, which – according to information – is Gazi Live in Iera Odos.
All this became known through an announcement from the office of Stefanos Kasselakis, with which the staff of the ousted SYRIZA president asked about the venue, the procedures for preparing the Congress and the elections for the nomination of a new president.

“SYRIZA – Progressive Alliance is at a critical time, with the Congress already postponed once and planned to be held in a nightclub, which has been closed for more than four years. Given this, there are serious questions concerning the upcoming Congress, which need an immediate answer:
* What exact steps have been taken to search for a venue for the Conference and when did they start?
* Is there a space lease agreement?
* Which company has taken over the election process?
* Why is the campaign for the Conference not yet open?
The answer to the above questions is decisive for ensuring the trust and participation of the party members” said the announcement, while a member of parliament and supporter of Stefanos Kasselakis said in a post on social media: “Come now, you can do better: In a cafeteria, at a flea market, at some abandoned circus perhaps? Only shame now.”

Gazi Live is a nightclub which hosted singers such as Notis Sfakianakis, Paola, Nikos Vourliotis, Natassa Bofiliou, Marinella, Glykeria and Eleni Vitali in the three years 2017-2019.
Notis Sfakianakis, Paola and Giorgos Papadopoulos were the last to appear on the stage of Gazi Live in December 2018, who continued their performances until March 2019, with the group “going down” two weeks earlier than planned due to personal reasons of the three singers, as stated in a statement from the company that managed the night club.

Now, the time has come for the marquee of SYRIZA, instead of Notis Sfakianakis, Paola and Giorgos Papadopoulos, at Gazi Live for Stefanos Kasselakis and the “kaselistas”, Alexis Tsipras and “87”, to reveal their personal details. Sokratis Famellos, Nikolas Farandouris, Pavlos Pollakis, maybe even Rena Dourou.
Until the SYRIZA scheme “comes down” from the scene as well… Stefanos Kasselakis is still touring Greece, like a normal leader candidate. Yesterday, accompanied by Theodora Tzakri, he was in Edessa and attended the celebrations for the liberation of the city. Many rushed to greet him, while he was photographed with young and old.
To a question about what will happen “now that you have been deleted”, he answered: “I have not been deleted. They don’t have me. And only the people erase everything.”
