The decline in the outbreak of the new Corona virus in the whole world caused the technology giant Amazon to resort to reopening the company’s headquarters for three days a week, starting from the first of next May.
The company’s CEO, Andy Jassy, stated that he sent the employees posted on the company’s blog a message on their email asking them to return to work for the company three days a week.
Jassy says the company’s leadership team decided to change the policy following noticing it was easier to strengthen Amazon’s culture, collaborate on ideas, and learn from others personally.
“It’s not easy to get several thousand employees back into our offices around the world, so we’re going to give the teams that need to do that work some time to come up with a plan,” says Jassy. “We know it won’t be perfect in the beginning, but the office experience will steadily improve over the coming months and years.
