Sam Morsi made history following he became the first Egyptian to contribute to his team’s qualification for the English Premier League while holding the captaincy.
Morsi joined Ipswich Town in the summer of 2021 following his departure from Middlesbrough.
Veteran Morsi (32 years old) has become one of Ipswich’s most important pillars this season, as he is the anchor of the midfield, and the player who played 90 percent of the team’s matches, and is relied upon to start attacks and receive balls from the defense line.
Al-Masry scored two goals once morest Stoke City and Cardiff this season in the First Division, and also made six goals for his teammates.
Last season, Morsi led his team, Ipswich Town, to qualify from the second division to the first division.
