According to the case file, in 2023 June 5 around 10:15 p.m. In Kaunas, LM intentionally punched his neighbor MB in the left ear with his hand once, thus causing him physical pain, causing swelling, subcutaneous hemorrhage and superficial skin abrasion.
The victim said that on that day he returned from Vilnius after an operation and went to LM to collect a debt – he had borrowed 90 euros. Then, without saying anything, LM hit him on the head for no reason. He fell from the impact. His head was split open. What’s more, LM didn’t let me stand up, pulled out a knife and threatened to cut my throat, to fight. He also said that he is innocent and he will not get anything for it.
Then LM himself called the police and the ambulance, who answered the 112 employee of the General Assistance Center and still had time to call varna and stupid. Special guests LM stated to the authorities that it was MB who attacked him with a knife.
After this incident, during the pre-trial investigation, MB was even afraid of a confrontation with LM. Out of fear, he even refused medical help at first, he told the authorities that he had no complaints.
Stopped taking medicine
LM’s mother, who testified in court, said that her son stopped taking medication after being released from the hospital because he considered them to be poison. Then everything started:
