Former cricketer Shahid Afridi called national cricket team’s batsman Iftikhar Ahmed as boom boom.
In a tweet released on the social networking site Twitter, he praised Iftikhar Ahmed for his aggressive batting against New Zealand. He wrote that Iftikhar, you are not my uncle but you are Boom Boom.
Shahid Afridi said that I wanted you to end the match and make your innings a memorable innings but overall the whole team played well and got to see good cricket. The fans also enjoyed yesterday’s match.
The former cricketer also appreciated the efforts of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He also thanked the New Zealand cricket team for coming to Pakistan.
