Law No. 31478 allows members of the private pension system (SPP) to make the sixth optional and extraordinary withdrawal of up to four Tax Units.
According to the operating procedure, the affiliate who decides to withdraw their funds from the AFPs must submit a disbursement request, which starts from the entry into force of the resolution, on June 13, 2022, until September 10 of this same year. WHEN CAN I SUBMIT MY AFP WITHDRAWAL REQUEST, ACCORDING TO MY DNI?
For the sixth withdrawal of the AFPs, a schedule has been established so that affiliates, residents in Peru and abroad, can submit their request, according to the last number of the DNI. Unlike previous withdrawals, it will start with the highest number of the last digit (from 9 to 0) and three dates have been established.
- Last digit 9 – Application date June 13, 14 and July 12.
- Last digit 8 – Application date June 15, 16 and July 13.
- Last digit 7 – Application date June 17, 20 and July 14.
- Last digit 6 – Application date June 21, 22 and July 15.
- Last digit 5 – Application date June 23, 24 and July 16.
- Last digit 4 – Application date June 27, 28 and July 17.
- Last digit 3 – Application date June 30, July 1 and July 20
- last digit 2 – Application date 04, 05 and 21 July.
- Last digit 1 – Application date July 06, 07 and 22.
- Last digit 0 or other character – Application date 08,11 and 25 July.
What happens if I don’t submit my application by the due date?
The extemporaneous request can be made from July 26 to September 10, 2022.

HOW WILL THE DISBURSEMENT OF THE SIXTH WITHDRAWAL OF THE AFP FUNDS BE?
The Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs (SBS) approved the disbursement of the funds in three parts. If applications are submitted from June 13, the first deposits will be made on July 13:
- First part: an UIT (S/4,600) 30 days following the request is submitted.
- Second part: one UIT (S/4,600) 30 days following delivery of the first amount.
- Third part: two UIT (S/9,200) 30 days following the second delivery.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION?
To request your withdrawal you must:
- Sign in to https://www.consultaretiroafp.pe/
- Carry out the process online.
- You must choose or provide an account number in soles.
Remember: Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You only have to enter your DNI number and you will be able to see in which Pension Fund Administrators you are.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DID THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS, BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT?
If the affiliate wishes to withdraw from his withdrawal request, he must do the following:
- The affiliate must submit his request according to the channels and formats established by the AFP.
- You have up to 10 calendar days before the date any of the three disbursements are scheduled.
- The AFP must respond to the request through the means that allows it to be recorded.
