Mike Myshrall is an experienced CFO with a strong background in the public and private equity sectors. He is a pragmatic leader specializing in strategic growth and has extensive knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and business models and annual recurring revenue (ARR) metrics.

Mike Myshrall has a proven track record of driving financial success in dynamic, fast-paced environments and extensive experience leading global teams.

He has also worked as a management consultant and investment banker in the telecommunications and software sectors and has an MBA from Harvard University and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
