LAFEM held its elective Ordinary General Assembly on Friday, April 28 at the headquarters of the CGEM, of which she is a member of the Board of Directors, representing women business leaders in Morocco.
During this elective assembly, Leïla Doukali was re-elected unanimously by the votes cast for a second term 2023-2026, at the end of a year strongly impacted and challenged by the Covid19 crisis, but which saw the achievement of important actions.
AFEM has put in place an ambitious emergency plan to support companies and members affected by the crisis. Thanks to the “Amally” plan, AFEM members were able to benefit from a co-working space, take advantage of numerous training courses and webinars, and be informed online of the various financing solutions and facilities offered by the Government.
“We must act together for a stronger financial inclusion of Moroccan women. Today, it is a question of proposing innovative solutions and programs to support and encourage women to undertake, and to contribute to the development of our country. “said Leïla Doukali.
As a result of this exercise, AFEM was able to put several achievements to its credit, including:
– 10 National Events
– 10 signatures of agreements and partnerships
– Creation of a regional delegation in Dakhla Oued Addahab, and that of GuelmimOuad Noun is in progress
– 3 active incubators
– 600 network members including 187 active
– The celebration of March 8 in the presence of Mrs. Wendy Sherman, Assistant Secretary of State of the United States of America
– The organization in Marrakech of the 69th edition of the world congress of women business leaders
– The launch of the We Fi training program in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the World Bank
– International representation of Moroccan female entrepreneurship
